Framework Marketing LLC is a one-person marketing business in Des Moines, Iowa. This page explains what this website collects, why, and what I do with it.
What I collect
What you send me. If you fill out a form on this site, I receive what you type into it: your name, business name, email, and anything optional you choose to add, like a phone number, website, or message.
Your inspection answers. If you take the inspection and then send a form, your answers and result are included so I can reply with context. If you take the inspection and do not send anything, your answers stay in your browser and are not sent to me.
How people use the site. This site uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages and buttons get used. It collects things like the pages you view, roughly where you are visiting from, and the type of device and browser you use. It does not tell me who you are.
What I do with it
- Reply to you, and do the work you asked about.
- Understand which parts of the site are useful, so I can improve them.
I do not sell your information, rent it, or add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.
Who else handles it
A few services make this site work, and they handle data under their own privacy policies:
- Netlify hosts this website and receives form submissions.
- Google provides Google Analytics, and Google Workspace runs my email.
- Google Fonts supplies the typefaces this site uses.
Cookies
Google Analytics uses cookies to tell one visit from another. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings, and the site will still work.
How long I keep it
I keep form submissions and our emails as long as they are useful for working together or keeping business records. Analytics data is kept according to Google Analytics retention settings.
Your choices
You can ask me what information I have about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Email info@framework-marketing.com and I will take care of it.
Children
This site is for businesses and is not meant for anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new date.
